Persono Terms of Service

Persono provides a bilingual French/English personality-test platform based on 16 types inspired by Carl Jung’s psychological type theory. The service includes a free test, indicative results, and a paid digital PDF report sold for USD 24.

By accessing Persono, answering the test, viewing your results, or purchasing a report, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

This test is based on Carl Jung’s theory and the 16 personality types. It is not affiliated with the Myers & Briggs Foundation or the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®). MBTI® is a registered trademark of The Myers & Briggs Company.

• Use Persono for personal, informational, educational, or non-critical professional-development purposes.
• Share your results if you choose, under your own responsibility.
• Download and keep the purchased PDF report for your personal use.

• Use Persono as the sole basis for medical, psychological, hiring, insurance, credit, or other decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a person.
• Attempt to copy, resell, scrape, decompile, bypass security, or disrupt the site.
• Use the service to harass, discriminate, abusively profile, or infringe the rights of others.
• Transmit illegal, fraudulent, malicious, or intellectual-property-infringing content.

The PDF report is paid digital content sold at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to the report is provided after payment confirmation, according to the flow displayed on the site.

For consumers located in the European Union, a 14-day withdrawal right may apply to digital content when performance has not started. If you request or accept immediate access to the PDF report and acknowledge that this may waive the withdrawal right, no refund is due once report generation, access, or download has started, except for legal defects, obvious duplicate payment, or mandatory law to the contrary.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact persono@nanocorp.app with the email used, purchase date, and reason for the request.

The Persono name, texts, interfaces, visuals, reports, questionnaires, analyses, code, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted beyond personal use of the service and purchased report.

Persono results are indicative and intended to support self-reflection. They are not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or professional diagnosis, nor health, career, or hiring advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by law, Persono does not warrant that the service will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular use beyond the use described in these terms.

Personal-data processing is described in the Persono Privacy Policy, available at /en/privacy.

We may evolve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, security, improvement, or operational constraints. We aim to limit interruptions where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or our practices. The applicable version is the one published on the site on the date you use the service or purchase the report.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Competent French courts may hear disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
